- Personal Care manager visiting
- Monthly free visit p.c(up to 90 mins) 2 times
- Minimum courtesy call per month 6 times
- Help in hospitalization
- Help in essential service (medicines etc)
- Extra Care manager visit cost as per requirement
- Sunday/listed holiday/night (9pm-7am) chargeble
- Complimentary blood test 2per year after 3 months of service only
- Ceimbursement/transport (as per actual)
- An Complimentary physiotherapy assessment
